- The renovation plans of the facility has been postponed for some time. The facility is operating as per previous floor layout. - Handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels - Sink plugs available for two compartment sink - All freezers(two ice cream at front and chest freezer at the back) are measured at less than -18C - Dipper well is available and in use - Food storage satisfactory, sneeze guards available on all display units - Premises in excellent sanitary condition - Scoops stored with handles outside product. - No evidence of pest activity noted - Sanitizer solution is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual concentration. - Facility is compliant with PHOs orders and Covid safety measures are developed and implemented.
