Comments

Obtain a drain rack so that in-use empty blender jars can be stored in a sanitary manner. During the inspection, the inverted empty jars were sitting in a pool of cloudy liquid on a metal tray. When cleaning the floor in the front service area, use a flashlight and clean all the way to the wall. Accumulated debris noted under the equipment. Temperature log is being maintained. Temperature of refrigeration, freezer and dishwasher units were satisfactory. Handwashing stations were stocked with soap and paper towel. Washroom and back garbage disposal area were well maintained.
