Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Pizza cutter observed in handsink near the front. Chicken room handsink had boil out hose in basin.
2) Chicken room handwashing station did not have paper towel again.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Handwashing stations are for handwashing only. Do not use for any other purpose.
2) This is a repeat violation. Ensure handwashing stations are all fully stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water. Further non-compliance may result in a Violation Ticket.
