Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer for food contact surface sanitation not available. Staff prepared fresh bleach sanitizer in a pail with wiping cloth which measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with the test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare bleach sanitizer solution (as per approved sanitation plan) at a concentration of 200 ppm chlorine concentration to adequately sanitize all food contact surfaces every 2-4 hours to remove bacteria and prevent food contamination. Obtain chlorine test strips to monitor and verify sanitizer strength at least daily.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Chest freezer at -20'C
- No hot-holding on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- Chemicals are stored away from food in an organized manner
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Staff washroom observed in sanitary condition
- Staff observed wearing hair restraints and practicing good glove use etiquette
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site (May 30, 2026)
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
