- Spills/food debris noted in interior of 2 door undercounter prep cooler and 1 door undercounter cooler (back)
Correction: - Clean interior of dishwasher to remove all grime
- Clean interior of coolers so they are free from spills/food debris.

- Rodent droppings have been cleaned from areas noted in previous report. Shelving has been cleared/organized to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for any further activity.
- Areas outlined in previous report have been cleaned to remove food debris and grime. Ensure regular cleaning schedule is adhered to and that cleaning frequency is adequate to prevent accumulation of grime/debris.
