Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection: - Avocados are now cut per order. Wet paper towels no longer used to cover them. - Chef has removed all spray bottles and the premises is now only using the red bucket sani containers to store sanitizer solution. - Sanitizer in red sani containers available in all food preparation areas including the bar - No fruit flies noted in the bar area - Hand wash station at the bar area that was obstructed with the glass/salt rimmer, receipt machine and 3 stainless steel shakers is now unobstructed as all the items have been relocated.
