Follow up inspection conducted to verify violations noted on routine inspection (21-Jul-2021) have been addressed:
- In use wiping cloths now stored in quats sanitizer solution. Concentration measured 200ppm
- Mouse droppings which were noted on lower shelving in front service area and under warewashing sink have been cleaned and no additional droppings noted.
- Food which had fallen behind chest freezers in storage room has been removed/cleaned

Pending violations:
Code 308 - Display cooler has not been repaired. Temperature measured 11C. Manager reported they are planning to replace the unit. Manager to provide timeframe for cooler replacement.
Note: In the interim, time tracking was in place at time of the inspection individual portions of milk/cream stored in this cooler. Any not used within 2 hours are being discarded. Other than milk/cream portions, no potentially hazardous foods to be stored in this cooler until unit is repaired/replaced and able to maintain foods at 4C or colder.
Code 305 - Numerous boxes remain on the floor in the storage room as well as baking tray, plastic cups (which appear to have fallen) and small amount of syrup which has spilled. Store all items off of the floor (on shelving) to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. To ensure adequate space on shelving, remove any items no longer required for the food service portion of the business from the food storage room. Manager to confirm once complete.
