Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inserts in the left hand cooler had an internal temperature ranging from 10-15 C. Staff had stated that the cooler had a buildup of ice earlier in the day and had turned off the cooler for a period of time for defrosting.
Corrective Action(s): Food inserts discarded. Discontinue this practice. If the cooler requires defrosting, remove the food from the cooler first, then defrost.
