Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment / utensils / food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition. sanitizer spray bottle broken and not in use though the concentration was adequate (200 ppm Quats)
Corrective Action(s): Moved a working spray nozzle to the Quats container. This should be used to sanitize food contact surfaces as needed.

Hand washing sinks had hot water, liquid soap and paper towel. coolers were < 4 C, hot holding unit was > 60 C
Premises was in sanitary condition. Doors were pest proof.
3 compartment sink present and available for wash and sanitizing.
Note: Some food items in display cooler exposed to environment. These veggies should be covered.
