- No food was being stored directly under paper towel dispenser - good
- Scoops no longer being stored directly in dry ingredients
- All food items stored in hallway leading to washrooms are now stored in bins and protected from contamination
- Utensils (rice scoop and ice cream scoop) were stored in ice water in between use *Reminder to wash and sanitize utensils and containers every 2 hours
- Mouse droppings on pallet in hallway have been cleaned - no new droppings observed at this time
- Pest control operator was on-site on November 1st; traps have been placed. Monthly agreement has been set-up. *Ensure to continue monitoring for new droppings/signs of pests.
- Floors in dishwashing area and under/behind cooking equipment have been cleaned and floors in dishwashing area were dry - good
- Cardboard is no longer being used to line floors - good.
