- Front display case, Front under counter cooler, front reach in cooler, deli display, prep cooler are all less than 4C
- Freezers functional
- Bleach sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle 200 ppm chlorine residual
- High temperature dishwasher measured 75C at utensil surface during final rinse
- No evidence of pest activity noted

NOTE: Both deli slicers are used throughout the day with one dedicated to meats and one to cheeses. Reminder: Deli slicer equipment that is used continuously is to be properly taken apart, cleaned, and sanitized at least every four hours.
