Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Preparation cooler measured at 2C. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Chest freezer at -18.4C. Hot holding unit measured at 96C. 2-compartment sink available for food preparation. 3-compartment sink available for ware washing. 3rd comparment sink and chlorine spray bottles and buckets measured at 200ppm chlorine. Updated food safety plan submitted. Health Approval Granted. This does not exempt you from getting other approval from other regulatory agencies.
