Comments

- All handsinks (except bar) fully equipped.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezer at -8C.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above during the final rinse.
- QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles measured 200ppm with test strips.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scooper stored separately in a clean container.
- Vent hood panels are in sanitary condition.
- Overall organization and sanitation in kitchen satisfactory.
- Pest monitoring by professional pest control company stopped as per staff. Tincat traps are installed throughout the facility and no catches were identified at the time of inspection. Staff stated that holes and gaps (in the floor & walls) were sealed when rodent activity was high and none is seen recently. Ensure to clean all hard-to-reach areas and monitor rodent activity. If more droppings are seen during the next routine inspection, regular monitoring by professional pest control company will be requested.
