Follow up inspection:
Staff on site has taken Food Safe level 1. Copy of certificate is available on site.
Dishwasher has a final sanitizing rinse of 160.0 F measured inside of the machine. This is sufficient to sanitize dishes. The gauge for the final rinse water temperature read 190 F when final rinse inside was 160 . Therefore, check to make sure that the final rinse temperature gauge reaches 190F when dishwasher is in use.
*** Verify that the plumbing under the hand washing sink is adequate (meets Plumbing Code requirements). Provide documentation.
Wiping cloths - 0 ppm chlorine detected in water. Use chlorine bleach (1 tsp in 1 liter of water) to sanitize wiping cloths. Corrected - 200ppm now provided. Change regularly (every 4-6 hours).
Continue with regular cleaning under sinks, along baseboards, etc.
