Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Ice machine's bin had slight mould growth. Was last cleaned and sanitized in the summer.)
Comments

- Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized; now on a cleaning schedule of every 2 weeks
- Hand washing stations were free of obstructions, supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Floors in walk-in cooler, underneath equipment, and dishwashing area satisfactory.
- Walk-in cooler is now equipped with accurate thermometer
- Dishwasher reached 71C at plate surface after third run. Ensure to monitor with thermometer.
- Temperature logs are now being kept; ** please continue to keep temperature logs for all coolers, freezers, hot holding units, and the dishwasher.

**Purchase more thermometers for all other coolers and freezers. Also purchase a thermometer capable of monitoring temperatures of the dishwasher (Must reach at least 71C).
