Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT: Bowl with no handle observed in dry goods bin.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops with handles are used to scoop dry goods to prevent cross contamination. Store scoops in a sanitary manner outside the bin.

Observation: Inside top of ice machine observed with pink and black organic debris. Very little ice remaining in ice machine.
Correction: To be corrected by March 5, 2021. Remaining ice to be removed and machine to be cleaned today. Remove all ice and clean interior of machine to prevent cross contamination.

Ensure lids remain on cooler wells when not in use to reduce cook-line heat impacting cooler temperatures.
Ensure temperature records are maintained daily for ALL coolers.
Ensure food inserts in cooler wells are not overfilled to maintain foods at 4 C or below.
Ensure back door to premises remains closed.
