Observation: The hot water tap at the kitchen hand sink is leaking so staff are keeping the hot water tap turned off.
Corrective Action(s): The handsink must always have hot and cold running water. You cannot shut off the hot water. Get the leak fixed or replace the tap.

General Comments:
Coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Rice is being hotheld above 60 degC
Dishwasher rinse had 50ppm chlorine
Most of the wiping cloths were stored in a 200ppm bleach solution. ENSURE ALL WIPING CLOTHS ARE STORED IN THE SANITIZER SOLUTION.
The spray bottle had 200ppm bleach solution. LABEL THE BOTTLE.
Bar hand sink and washrooms were fully equipped.
Exhaust hood had been serviced.
Orkin pest control is on contract. Service reports from April, May and June reviewed. Follow the technician's recommendations as discussed.
