- Handwashing sink in the bar area now fully draining properly.
- No more rodent droppings observed, please continue to monitor the pest activity and ensure you get pest control in as soon as any new activity is spotted
- All affected areas observed to have been thoroughly cleaned - thank you
- Ice machine has been fully cleaned and sanitized
- Copies of FOODSAFE certificate of staff now on-site. Operator is renewing his soon, class already registered
- New pest proof containers have been acquired to hold dry ingredients.
- No food observed stored directly on the ground.

Note:
- All staff with hair longer than shoulder length should have the hair tied up. Hair in food is a common complaint. All staff at a food premise should maintain good personal hygiene.
- Freezer was reading -2 to -3C. Temperature log is reading -7C in the morning. Operator is aware as the technician is waiting for parts. Please try to get it fixed as soon as possible.
- Accumulation of debris under the oven still observed. Operator to clean it out. Please email picture to EHO once cleaned.
- Broken cooler by the end of the cookline still needs to be removed as it is a potential place of harborage of rodents. Operator will remove it when the restaurant closes for a day in May.
- Please ensure back door remains closed at all times. Please have screen in place if the black door needs to remain open.
- Please keep up the good work in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen. Please routinely clean and sanitize high touch surfaces and shelving/walls to remove grease and grime and prevent build up.
