Observation: * Build up of grime/debris found on shelving racks and under some food equipment (including bar areas too) that requires more frequent cleaning (eg. daily) to maintain sanitary conditions

Observation: * Paper towel dispenser was not working and operator ordered new one; dishwasher in kitchen was initially not working and operator was then able to adjust it
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all dispensers in proper working order; ensure dishwasher checked (ie. chlorine residual)and documented daily and in proper working order

* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Note: some cleaning to be done (eg. racks and floor areas and bar areas and ice machine)
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm chlorine residual in buckets; ensure this is changed through the day
* Dishwasher final rinse was 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface after operator adjusted -- ensure it works properly and check daily (morning)
* Glass washer was 50 ppm chlorine residual at glass surface
* Food was covered in storage areas
* Note: paper towel dispenser to be replaced as not working at hand sink; repair leak under hand sink
* Note: ceiling tiles and light covers must be in place; replace ceiling tiles where not cleanable
* Note: update pest control monitoring program
