Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BHFUJC: - Mouse droppings in the following areas have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected: - on floors near the storage room - on wooden crates - around the perimeter in the kitchen - Food debris and flour build up have been thoroughly cleaned in the following areas: - underneath the sinks/dishwasher - in the proofing room - behind hard to reach areas - General sanitation has improved - The operator has increased the pest control inspection frequency to control mice/cockroach activity Note: The operator stated that broken ceiling tiles in the kitchen will be replaced with new tiles. Ensure to adequately protect all opened packages of food or put food away during the installation of the tiles in the kitchen.
