Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. 2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser at the 2-compartment sink and inside a sanitizer pail. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 77.7 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate level. Ice machine was in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
