Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BMDQ65: Preparation cooler serviced inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. Trays of samosas covered with saran wrap. All canned products once opened transferred to food grade containers with lids. 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. 3 door freezer ambient air temperature still at -5 to -11 degrees C. Service and ensure -18 degrees C or less.
