Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at back preparation area observed without paper towel in paper towel dispenser. Staff placed paper towel in the dispenser during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel to ensure staff are washing their hands properly before handling food.

- Sandwich coolers at or below 4'C (top and bottom)

- Cream and milk dispensing coolers at or below 4'C
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations in front service area are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- Ice machine observed in good sanitary condition
- QUATs sanitizer in pails with wiping cloths (X5) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strips
- QUATs test strips available on site
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
