Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed in use utensils stored in water. In use utensils now stored in ice water after correction.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed a staff polishing cups with dry brown towel. Immediately stop this practice. All food contact surfaces are to be air dried to prevent post contamination.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed throughout the facility (mix of fresh and old looking droppings). Key areas are under the 3 compartment sink and dishwasher and under the kitchen server area (accross the dry storage area).
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas impacted by rodent droppings. Correct this by: 1 week.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding measured at 60C or higher.
Glass washer's sanitizing cycle measured at 50-100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 74.7C at the plate level.
Only small amount of tapioca pearls are held in room temperature (~30 mins).
General food storage practice is adequate.
Kitchen ventilation hood in sanitary condition. Next deep cleaning due August 8, 2023.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.

Unannounced follow up inspection to be conducted in 2 months. For the subsequent visit, please have pest control reports ready on site for review.
