- Hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C. Ice accumulation observed in the stand up freezer. Remove the ice.
- No hot holding at the time of inspection
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available
- Foodsafe level 1 trained staff available
- No pest activity noted
- Discussed keeping temperature logs of all cooling units and hot holding units.
