Hand/utility sinks both provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Front preparation area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed at back chemical dispensing station.

Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
