Routine inspection is conducted:
- All handwashing stations stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels in front, back kitchen area and washrooms
- All coolers - walk-in coolers, sandwich prep cooler, display cooler, milk,eggs coolers are maintained at less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding units with inserts is greater than 60C. NOTE: Hot holding unit for soups is not working and not in use at this time.
- Three compartment dispenser for Quats sanitizer is at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73C at the dish level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in sanitizer buckets at 200 ppm QUAT solution.
- Dry storage area and food storage is satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE certified staff is present
