Observation: Back kitchen area: Some cobwebs observed behind empty flour bags by the oven. Also observed debris in floor of walk in freezer and throughout kitchen prep area, and inside the racks holding the trays of baked items. Also debris on top of dry storage plastic bins
Corrective Action(s): 1) Remove/vaccuum all debris, cobwebs, etc. Ensure racks are also cleaned/wiped down as the baked items on the trays often touch the racks directly.
2) Ensure to clean behind any bins and bags.

Thorough cleaning is required to be maintained consistently so that dust/debris doesn't accumulate in areas where you are making food.

Handsink in front area has liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
There is only one display cooler in front sale area, all other showcases are not designated coolers and did not have any potentially hazardous foods stored inside at time of inspection. The single display cooler was at 3.9 deg C and had sausage rolls and vanilla slices (potentially hazardous food items) inside.
Upright cooler in kitchen by the 3 compartment sink: 3 deg C
Upright glass door cooler by the storage area: 4 deg C
The upright glass door cooler by the back door is not being used to store any potentially hazardous food items.
There are 3 working coolers in this facility (display cooler, upright cooler by 3 comp sink, and upright cooler by the storage area). Ensure that potentially hazardous food items is only stored in these 3 coolers.
All freezers are at -18 deg C or less
