-Follow-up inspection to November 01, 2017. -Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator. Pest control has installed monitoring stations in the kitchen and ceiling and a bail station has been placed at the exterior of the facility. Potential entry points have also been sealed with steal wool. Pest control will service facility on a monthly basis (1 year contract). General cleaning has been carried out throughout the kitchen to prevent potential attraction of pests. Areas affected by rodent droppings has been cleaned and sanitized. Continue to monitor for future rodent droppings and contact pest control services as needed. One dead rodent was found in the plastic monitoring station. -Hot potentially hazardous foods were probed at 4C at the time of inspection. Items were properly cooled. -General food storage practices improved at the time of inspection. Raw foods were stored below ready-to-eat foods. -Operator purchased a new faucet tap for handwash station but it was the incorrect faucet. Faucet is on order and will arrive within the next 2 weeks. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
