Premises does not do any hot holding. All foods made/reheated per order. Menu consists of coffee, gelato, paninis/wraps, soups and some pasta.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.
Door between kitchen and dry storage area was closed. Screen and door sweep are in place.
Meat slicer was in use at time of inspection. Ensure meat slicer is taken apart and all parts and clean/sanitized after each use.
Premises makes gelato on site during summer months. No gelato available at time of inspection. Small amounts made for on site service only. Pasteurized milk used as ingredient, no eggs. Premises was approved without a dipper well. Several scoops available. Staff said scoops are put thorough dishwasher after each use.
Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle 100ppm. Staff said that paper towel is typically used to wipe counters.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71⁰C (with thermolabel).
Operator has taken foodsafe training - certificate on site. |
