- All handsinks - front, back kitchen and washrooms- are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers are measured at less than 4C. NOTE: One prep cooler that need servicing is not in use at the time.
- Chest freezer and undercounter freezer are measured at less than -18C
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73 C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- FOODSAFE level 1 certified staff is present
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity is observed at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Covid Safety plan is developed and implemented. Facility is compliant with current PHOs order
