Facility not in operation at the time of inspection. Kitchen closing for the end of school year. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. Dedicated hand sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available. Food protected from contamination. Only low risk food stored in storage area. Take out containers and utensils are sanitary. 2-compartment sink in use. Quat sanitizer available. Dishwasher not in use at the time of inspection. Valid Permit posted in conspicuous location. Freezer and cooler units are being aired out and turned off. No food in coolers. One cooler in use for condiments and garlic at 4C and below. New kitchen manager will be on site in the fall.
