Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU - CELSUA was conducted: Food contact surface sanitizer available and tested at 100-200 ppm. Huge improvement noted in regards to general sanitation. Rodent dropping is cleaned. Pest control service contracted. The latest report reviewed on site. Entry points blocked by the pest control company. Weekly pest control service to be in place going forward. Retain every copies of pest control report on site for review. Frequency of pest control service will be re-evaluated in 2 months. Develop a cleaning check list for the cook line. Include date, area cleaned and staff who performed clean up. Behind the deep fryer area to be cleaned weekly.
