Corrective Action(s): Clean and seal the hole behind the cooler next to the droppings, as discussed. Comments

-Screen installed on the door to the exterior next to the dishwasher. The door now closes completely (no gaps). All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Pest control reports reviewed during the inspection. Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
