Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats concentration in spray bottle 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure this spray bottle is refilled daily with 200ppm quats. Food contact surface sanitizer must be availble for use at all times. This is a recurring issue.

Observation: Quats concentration dispensed at 3 compartment sink initially 50-100ppm. Staff serviced the nozzle mechanism that controls that amount of quats mixing with water. Quats concentration now well over 400ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Service the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink and ensure it is dispensing quats at 200ppm. Staff instructed to dilute quats down to 200ppm and verify concentration with available test strips for manual warewashing and refilling the quats spray bottle. Followup inspection on May 29, 2018.
