Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary manner. -Permit is displayed in a conspicuous location -Operator with FOODSAFE Level 1 is present -All coolers (Walk-in and drink cooler) are at 4C -Trunk freezers are at -18C -Dry storage is clean and maintained -Handwash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water. -Sanitizer bottle is able to achieve 100ppm Chlorine. -High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level -No signs of pest activity
