Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Middle handwashing sink at the front area observed to be clogged with coffee and is covered with tray.
Corrective Action(s): Unclog the the handwashing sink. Do not use handwashing sink as a dump sink. There are 2 designated dump sink. Temporary use the other 2 handwashing sink for handwashing.

Comments

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink located near the staff entrance and adjacent the high-temperature dishwasher well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual ware washing. HIgh-temperature dishwasher measured at 76.8C final rinse temperature.
Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, and stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer at back of house measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Ice Machine observed to be satisfactory.

No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.

NOTE: Ensure that all equipment is in operational condition. Ensure proper sanitation of ice machine is conducted in accordance to facility's Sanitation Plan.
