Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of house handsink blocked with garnish tray and wooden board. When items were removed from the sink, observed handsink was not operational.
Corrective Action(s): Handsink was operational (turned on and hot) at the end of the inspection. Ensure that the front of house handsink is available for use by staff at all times. Handwash station must be stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
