- Temperature of walk in freezer at -14C
- Stainless steel freezer at -7C
- Chest freezer (new) at -22C
- Prep cooler at 4C
- Front display coolers (x2) at 4C
- Walk in cooler at 4.4C
- Beverage cooler at 3C
- Handwash sink at the front and in food prep area had supply of hot and cold supply of water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution present in the sanitizer pail.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher was working properly and 50ppm chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle.
- Safe food handling and storage practices observed.
- General sanitation has improved.
- Floors and walls were deep cleaned.
- Vents were found in good sanitary condition.
- Permit posted at the front.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
