Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand was station in front service area did not have paper towel. Operator replaced paper towel at time of inspection. Food equipment also noted stored in sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash stations are fully equipped at all times and are restocked immediately upon running out. Do not obstruct hand sink.

General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice was in the dish washer at time of inspection.
Chlorine sanitizer with cloths submerged 100ppm
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights covered..etc)
