Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BEBQVY:

At the time of inspection (1250pm) 2 ham and cheese croissants made at 630am still on display for sale. FSP 13-1 display management system log still not being followed. Your food safety plan states the products listed on FSP 13-1 must be discarded after 6 hours. The 2 ham and cheese croissants were discarded and logged on the log sheet. NOTE: many of your products are made around 6 to 8am thus the discard time will be 12 to 2pm. Call your district environmental health officer if you have any questions.
