Follow-up inspection conducted. The following violations from the last routine inspection were corrected: All foods debris build up around and behind cooking units and on cooler door handles was observed in sanitary manner. Deep cleaning of kitchen has been done. Ensure frequent cleaning of hard to reach and high-touch areas is completed to prevent build-up and possible contamination to food. Note: Staff mentioned they will be completing Foodsafe Level 1 training in the next few weeks. Ensure at least one staff member on premises is adequately Foodsafe trained and certified with Level 1 training. Please email a copy of the Foodsafe certification to the inspector once completed. Observations: -General sanitation of premises - good! -Walk-in cooler measured at 2C. -Sandwich cooler in cooking line at 3C (top) and 4C (bottom). -All food is stored at least 6 inches off the ground. -All food observed protected with food grade material. -Handwashing stations in kitchen (x2) adequately supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottles adequately labelled and measured at >100ppm chlorine concentration. -No signs of pests during time of inspection.
