Follow-up to inspection conducted on Apr 4, 2024 - Dishwasher has not been serviced yet. Continue to manually sanitize all equipment with 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer. - Chemical supplier will arrive later today. Use test strips to confirm the sanitizer concentration after the dishwasher is serviced. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in bucket for prep surfaces. Ensure this is prepared fresh regularly. - Bar cooler to be serviced. Ensure perishable foods (ie. dairy) are not stored in this cooler until it has been serviced and can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.
