Routine Inspection:
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at hand wash stations
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- 200ppm chlorine bleach available for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Walk in cooler near storage area was 4C or lower; walk in cooler by cooking line was in defrost mode and 13C. Operator told to monitor temperature.
- Preparation cooler located near ice machine was 4C or lower; preparation cooler near cooking line was 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower; chest freezer was -18C or lower
- Ice machine was in good condition
- Ice cream freezer was -18C or lower
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
