Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at hand wash stations - Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface - 200ppm chlorine bleach available for sanitizing food contact surfaces - Walk in cooler near storage area was 4C or lower; walk in cooler by cooking line was in defrost mode and 13C.
