Comments

- High temperature dishwasher reached 73C at the final rinse cycle after hot water tank was turned up. Obtain a waterproof thermometer and ensure that the dishwasher is tested at least twice a day. Keep and maintain a sanitation log for the dishwasher - the dishwasher must measured at least 71C at the final rinse cycle - Sanitizer measured 100ppm quats in the bucket - Most cleaning has been completed - please continue to upkeep the areas noted - Temperature log to be kept - EHO to email templates to the operator - Receipts for the ling cod provided Thank you.
