Facility not in operation at time of inspection. Arena staff granted access to concession.

Temperatures:
Upright fridge/freezer (GE): 3°C / -4.4°C
Adjust temperature and ensure freezer can maintain temperatures or -18°C or less
Chest freezer (Woods): -22.8°C
Chest freezer (Frigidaire): -21.8°C
Beverage display cooler (Aquafina): 2.8°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Bottle labelled Virex ii 256 observed on site.
Please resume using 100-200ppm bleach. (1/2 tsp household unscented bleach : 1 L water)
Spray bottle labelled "W Vinegar" and 2.5L jug of "Winston House Double Strength Cleaning Vinegar" observed on site; this is not an approved food-grade sanitizer.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
