Used face mask stored with sanitized food utensils.

Open food container stored outside in receiving hallway.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store food utensils in stagnant water as bacteria can quickly grow on surfaces. Utensils in use can be stored dry or an ice filled containers.

Ensure face masks when not in use are stored away from food and food equipment.

Ensure food products are promptly moved within premise or storage locker after delivery.

Observation: Trace rodent droppings observed behind drawer under left point of sale, far back corner under hot dog bun warmer, inside cabinet below fudge dispenser and on ledge by blizzard prep sink.

Moisture and debris build-up under back ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
