Note: Area beside the kitchen has several storage sheds for the various vendors operating at the church. Each storage shed is locked, labelled. Two rows of storage sheds, an area with mechanical refrigeration and freezers in the middle of the factory area, and locked gated areas towards the back exit. All coolers at 4C or below. All freezers at -18C or less. Storage well organized. Food stored safely at the time of inspection. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
