Hand sink equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Freezers were at -16 to -18 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Premise was clean and organized.
No programs occurring at time of inspection.
Dishwasher was off. Sanitizer and Temp. log was not available.
Person in charge was not available at time of visit.
Follow up on March 12, 2018 for dishwasher and sanitizer.
No issues or concerns at this time.
Note: Kitchen is currently used for progams and in-house catering and menu is currently limited.
Renovations required to become fully commercialized kitchen (i.e. if it is to be used for catering outside of the organization).
This was discussed previously with applicant prior to being given approval.
