Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers found at 4c or below.
All freezers at -18c or below.
Temperature logs are available and temperatures are being recorded on daily basis.
Foods are being stored properly and well organized in all food storage areas.
Dry storage area- all ingredients are being stored off the floor and in containers with lids.
Dishwasher reached 73.1c at dish level. Temperature gauge reached 82c at manifold for rinse cycle.
Note:Bar washer is not in operation at this time. It is cleaned out and drained each night.
Quat sanitizer found at 200ppm concentration for food contact surfaces, in spray bottles.
Spray bottles are labeled accordingly.
Quat sanitizer at dispenser found at >200ppm concentration.
Pest control is in place. No evidence of pest activity noted during time of inspection.
Steritech is employed for bi-weekly pest control inspections. Last inspection was conducted feb 26th 2018.
Copy of the pest control reports were provided to Environmental Health Officer.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. aprons, uniforms, headgear etc.)
Thorough cleaning is being done on weekly basis (ie. walkin cooler, dishwashing area, dry storage area)
Overall facility is in good sanitary condition.
Health permit to operate s posted in conspicuous location, visible to the public.
The following requires operators attention:

2.. Recommendation: Install another alternative method for the control of flies. Fly light traps are currently installed in kitchen, however, it is suggested to increase pest control measures for flies. |
